WS-X6748-SFP ships with WS-X6700-CFC installed unless ordered with WS-F6700-DFC3BXL or WS-F6700-DFC3B.
WS-X6748-SFP is supported in the WS-C6503-E chassis.
WS-X6748-SFP is not supported in the WS-C6503 and CISCO7603 chassis.
In a 13-slot chassis, WS-X6748-SFP is supported only in slots 9 through 13 and does not power up in other s lots.
On WS-X6748-SFP ports, STP BPDUs are not exempt from Traffic Storm Co ntrol suppression. Do not configure Traffic
Storm Control on STP-pr otected WS-X6748-SFP ports that interconnect network devices.
