Hot-Plug Hard Drive Blank

NOTE: The server does not need to be powered off to complete this operation.

To remove a hot-plug hard drive blank:

1. Open the bezel door. Refer to “Bezel Door” earlier in this chapter.

2. Slide the release latch to the left (1), and then pull the hot-plug drive blank out of the

drive bay (2).

To replace a hot-plug hard drive blank, reverse steps 1 and 2.
