Removal and Replacement Procedures
4.Disconnect the fan cable 1 from the system board.
5.Remove the three PM2.0×3.0 screws 2 that secure the fan to the heat sink.
6.Remove the fan.
ÄCAUTION: When installing the fan in the heat sink, make sure the fan cable is not get crimped by the screw next to the cable clip 3. If the cable is crimped and damaged, the fan will not cool the notebook internal components, which could result in damage.
Removing the Fan
Reverse the above procedure to install the fan.
