disable multi-core support for the processor.

Intel SpeedStep Allows you to enable or disable the Intel
SpeedStep feature.
Default Setting: Enable Intel SpeedStep
C States Control Allows you to enable or disable the additional
processor sleep states. Allows you to enable
or disable the additional processor sleep
states.
Default Setting: C states.
