1 Save and close any open files, exit any open programs, and shut down the computer.

2 Remove the drive from the Dell D/Bay. See "Using the Dell™ D/Bay" on page 51.

3 Reinstall the drive.

4 Turn on the computer.

CH E C K T H E D/BA Y C A B L E Shut down the computer. Disconnect the D/Bay cable from the computer, and firmly reconnect the cable.
