The left side of the window shows controls that you can use to pre-process the data. With the filter frame you can low-pass filter the data, with the baseline frame you can compensate for the DC level and slow drifts. With the projection frame you can down-sample the data and select the interesting period for the calculation. and set bad channels and noise projection.

The right side of the window shows a preview of the original data (blue) and pro- cessed data (blue). You can zoom into the display with the left mouse button. The preview frame lets you either select the channel or to view the amplitude or fre- quency response of the filter. The latter can be used to check for a good down-sam- pling ration; the [Rescale] button reverts to automatic scaling.
