*Recording of one channel while watching another. (Set the A/B switch to A position)
*Using the programmable timer to record only the channel selected at the converter/descrambler box.
PREVENTS:
*Watching scrambled channels while recording another channel.
*Using the VCR tuner to select channels.
NOTE:
To record from converter/descrambler, VCR tuner must be tuned to the converter/descrambler output channels, usually channel 3 or 4.
