Troubleshooting

Make sure you’re using the correct PostScript driver for your printer (included on the EPSON Stylus RIP CD-ROM).

If you’re working with scanned images, check the scanner software settings.

Try cleaning the print head with the utilities provided with your printer, then print a few lines to check your output. See your printer documentation for instructions.

Run the print head alignment utility using coated ink jet paper. See your printer documentation for instructions. You may want to use a loupe to check the alignment.
