Troubleshooting
◗Make sure you’re using the correct PostScript driver for your printer (included on the EPSON Stylus RIP
◗If you’re working with scanned images, check the scanner software settings.
◗Try cleaning the print head with the utilities provided with your printer, then print a few lines to check your output. See your printer documentation for instructions.
◗Run the print head alignment utility using coated ink jet paper. See your printer documentation for instructions. You may want to use a loupe to check the alignment.
Solving Problems
Here are some detailed solutions to specific problems you may have or error messages you may receive.
You see a Printer cannot be opened or Printer not found error message (Macintosh)
