Paper Jam Problems

At the fuser

1.Open the printer’s covers and remove the imaging cartridge.

WARNING: Removing the imaging cartridge exposes the

fuser, which is marked by a CAUTION: HOT SURFACE label. Be careful not to touch the fuser.

2.Gently pull the paper out. If the paper tears, make sure you remove all the pieces.
