SelecType Overview

Saves the printer’s configuration; saves all Level 2 settings as defaults so they take effect each time you turn on the printer.

Returns all Level 1 and Level 2 settings to their factory settings.

Displays the version numbers of the printer’s firmware components such as controller and font.

Displays the total number of sheets printed by the printer.

Selects one of the settings for Epson’s Resolution Improvement Technology, which produces smooth text and graphics.

Conserves energy by reducing power to the fixer heater when the printer is not in use for

30minutes.
