Where To Get Help

Epson provides the following technical support services for your home theater system.

Note

Epson strongly recommends that the home theater system be installed by a professional audio/video installer or other qualified professional. Epson cannot provide advice concerning construction practices or building codes in your area.

Internet Support

Visit Epson’s support website at epson.com/support and select your product for solutions to common problems. You can download documentation, get FAQs and troubleshooting advice, or e-mail Epson with your questions.

Speak to a Support Representative

To use the Epson PrivateLine® Support service, call (800) 637-7661 and enter the PIN on the Epson PrivateLine Support card that came with your projector. This is the fastest way of speaking to a live representative, and it’s free. This service is available 6 AM to 6 PM, Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, for the duration of your warranty period.

You may also speak with a support specialist by dialing (562) 276-4394, 6 AM to 6 PM, Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.

Before you call, please have the following information ready:

Product name (Ensemble HD home cinema system)

Product serial number (located on the back of the weighted bar on the bottom of the screen, on the right side of the screen as viewed from the front)
