If you are using an external 5 1/4-inch diskette drive and have set DIP switch 2 on the back panel off, your computer recognizes the external diskette drive as A and the internal drive as B. In this case, you need to confirm or adjust the setup settings for both Drive A and Drive B. When you first select Mass storage from the setup main menu, you may see the following display:

+Mass storage Backlight period Gray scale

Drive B(internal): None (BAD SETTING)

Drive C : Type 2(20MB)

******* SAVE SETTINGS ********

Do not be concerned about the message BAD SETTING. This is merely to remind you to adjust the settings for both of your diskette drives.

When you have entered the correct setup information for both diskette drives, highlight SAVE SETTINGS and press Enter. The main setup menu reappears.
