Should an UNLOCK condition be shown in the LCD display, or the LCD fails to display information, or all icons and display segments are shown, turn the ON/OFF/VOLUME control OFF then ON to reset the microprocessor. Ensure that the battery is fully charged and check that the antenna is securely tightened.
If the unit still fails to operate properly, refer to an Authorized Service Center for servicing.
