DRIVE LEVER, NEUTRAL LOCK/PARK BRAKE LATCH OPERATION
4.3.5 Drive Wheel Eng agement and Turning: With drive levers in “neutr al” or “park br ake”
position, shift transm ission int o desired gear. Squeeze both drive levers and move
both neutral lock/park brake latches from t he “ neut ral” or “park brake” position to
the “drive” posit ion.
For straight ahead m ot ion: Sm oot hly release bot h drive levers to engage dr ive wheels.
For turning: Squeeze the right hand drive lever to tu r n r ight and the left hand drive
lever to turn left (See Sect ion 4. 1.2).
4.3.6 To Stop: Sq ueeze drive levers back to engage br akes. Move neutral lock/par k
brake lat c hes int o the “park brake” posit ion and r elease the drive levers. Shift
transmission t o neut r al.
