Loading Roll Media

Step 3

While pressing the roll, pull the fixed flange end of the scroller sharply several times then remove the movable flange and take off the roll.

NOTE

•Don't put the hold lever up while the head is moving (during printing, media detection, media cutting, cleaning, etc.) other- wise the head will touch the media keeper blade and cause damage and bad printing.

•When putting the hold lever up to load media, etc., make sure the head is in the stand-by position (maintenance position). The lever can not be put up if the head is not in the stand-by position.

•Don't move the head while the hold lever is up. The head may contact the media keeper blade.
