ANNOYANCE CALL HOLD
The Annoyance Call Hold feature lets you put an annoying caller on hold. This type of hold disables the calling extension by holding the call in the system for as long as you remain on the line.
To place a call in Annoyance Call Hold:
Action
1.Remain on the line.
2.Press Flash.
3.Dial the annoyance call hold code _____ .
4.Notify your supervisor.
5.If needed, press Flash.
Results
You hear recall dial tone. The caller is automatically placed on hold.
You hear service tone.
You return to the original call.
