Configures the serial port, parallel port, etc.

Multiprocessor Specification 1.4 (Fixed
parameter)
Indicates the multiprocessor table version in use.
The multiprocessor table is necessary for the operating
system for multiprocessors to recognize the system's
multiprocessor specifications.
