Skipping route waypoints

There are times when you won't need to follow all waypoints in a route. You can skip route waypoints temporarily as follows.

1)Press the [MENU ESC] key.

2)Press the [4] key. The route/route list appears.

3)Press the [] or [] keys to select route number.

4)Press the [NU/CU ENT] key. The confirmation message ap- pears.

5)Press the [NU/CU ENT] key.

6)Press the [Arrow] keys to select waypoint to skip.

7)Press the [ ] key to skip that point temporarily. The route waypoint number becomes dim.

8)Press the [NU/CU ENT] key.

9)Press the [MENU ESC] key twice to escape.

Restoring route waypoints

When you want to restore a route waypoint, press the [ ] key in step 7 of the above procedure. Waypoint number appears in nor- mal brilliance.

2.15Cancelling Route Navigation

1)Press the [GOTO] key.

2)Press the [CLR] key.

3)Press the [NU/CU ENT] key.

4)Press the [MENU ESC] key twice to escape.

2.16Erasing Route Waypoints

1)Press the [MENU ESC] key.

2)Press the [4] key. The route/route list appears.

3)Press the [] or [] key to select route number.

4)Press the [NU/CU ENT] key twice.
