Fuel used (GAL USED), endurance (ENDUR), and
range (RANGE NM) are all calculated based on the last
manual adjustment of the fuel remaining (GAL USED).
Measured fuel quantity has no effect on fuel calculations.
Fuel calculations are based on sensed fuel flow and the
last manual adjustment of the fuel remaining.
NOTE: When full, the Columbia 350/400 has 98
gallons of usable fuel.
The following softkeys allow for adjustment of the
remaining fuel quantity.
- DEC FUEL – Allows the pilot to decrease the
gallons of fuel remaining (GAL REM) in 1-gallon
increments
- INC FUEL – Allows the pilot to increase the
gallons of fuel remaining in 1-gallon increments
- RST FUEL – Resets the fuel remaining to 98
gallons.
