Grill Tips

Do not leavethe grillunattendedwhileit is in use.

Removeaccumulatedgreasefromthe grillpan after eachuseto lessensmokingandodors.Greasebuildup can becomea fire hmard.

The gratesshouldbe oiledor sprayedwith a non-stick,salt-freevegetableoil beforecooking to preventsticking.

Preheatthe grill for 5-10 minutesat HI heat setting, then turn to the desiredsettingfor cooking.

Trimthe fat from meatsbeforeplacingthem on the grill.This will reducesmokingand lessengrease buildupin the greasewell.

Allowspacebetweenfoodswhen placingthemon the grill. Air needsto circulatearoundthe food for best cookingresults.
