Note:
• Should your system lose power, please unplug your devices and power up the GXP2120/2110 first.
• Extension for GXP2120/2110 is the same for GXP2020/2010 models. However, GXP2120/2110 uses a
different-shaped connector for the special port (as shown above). Extension c ables will be included
with the extension board.
• Extension for GXP2120/2110 d oes not support hot-swap. Once connected, user should reboot the
phone to ensure the set up will work correctly.
• GXP2120/2110 can drive 2 extension modules. Independent power adapters are not needed for
extension modules.
The GXP2120/GXP2110/GXP2100/GXP1450 phone complies with FCC/CE and various safet y standards.
The GXP2120/GXP2110/GXP2100/GXP1450 power adapter is compliant w ith the UL standard. Use the
universal power adapter provided with the GXP2120/GXP2110/GXP2100/GXP 1450 package only. The
manufacturer’s warranty does not cover damages to the phone caused by unsupp orted p o wer ada pters .
If the GXP2120/GXP2110/GXP2100/GXP1450 phone was purchased f rom a reseller , please contact the
company where the phone was purchased for replac em ent, repair or r efund. If th e phone was purc hased
directly from Grandstream, contact the Grandstream Sales and Service Represent ative for a RMA (Return
Materials Authorization) number before the product is returned. Grandstream reserves the right to remedy
warranty policy without prior notification.
Warning:
Use the power adapter provided with the phone. Do not use a different power a dapter as this may damage
the phone. This type of damage is not covered under warranty.
