Correccion

Ajuste la presión de CO2 a la menor medida posible. De todos modos

la presión aplicada debe mantenerse un poco más alta que la presión de la misma cerveza. Más de 18 lbs. deben aplicarse.

Cuanto más fría esté la cerveza y cuanto mayor sea la presión de CO2 aplicada, más rápida es la absorsión del CO2 por parte de la cerveza. Esto hace que el estado de la cerveza sea más salvaje.

Controle los reguladores de presión periodicamente para asegurarse que los niveles de presión sean constantes.

Causa 6

No hay suficiente presión o no hay presión del todo.

Correccion

Controle si hay entradas de aire defectuosas.

Siempre encienda la presión antes de tirar la cerveza

Causa 7

Se utilizó un tanque de cerveza o barril viejo que no ha sido guardado en las condiciones correctas.

Correccion

Si la cerveza estuvo en lugares donde la temperatura es mayor a 45˚F por un largo período de tiempo puede que se haya producido una fermentación secundaria.

Cuando se utiliza aire como fuente de presión éste reemplaza el CO2 en la cerveza y la misma se torna apagada. Este problema no es evidente cuando la cerveza se tira rápidamente.
