SYMPTOM CAUSE SOLUTION

•With most discs, some functions are not permitted at certain times (e.g., Track Skip) or at all (e.g., direct audio track selection).

•As a last resort, use the Reset Factory Defaults setting in the Advanced Setup menu, then set a new password using the Parental Control setting in the DVD Player Setup menu. All other system settings will need to be reentered, including naming zones. However, the Media Library’s contents, including playlists, are not affected.

	• Media was not inserted correctly	• Remove media and carefully insert it.
