Tip: You can change the calendar display from a monthly display to a
weeklydisplay. From the calendardispla y,press →Highlight
DisplayWEEK → Pre ss . To return to the monthly disp lay, from the
calendardisplay, press → HighlightDisplay MONTH → Press
.
EditingEvent Items
To change an event:
1. From the event list display, highlight the event you want to edit.
2. Press to display option menu.
3. Highlight Edit and press .
4. Highlight the item you want to edit and press , then edit the item.
5. Press .
6. Highlight Yes and press .
ErasingEvents
To erase an event:
1. From the event list display, highlight the event you want to erase and
press .
2. Highlight Erase One or Erase Past and press .
3. If you have chosen Erase One, highlight Yes and press . If you
have chosen Erase Past, enter the date, press and then highlight
Yes and press .
䊳EraseOne: Erase s the selected event.
䊳ErasePast: Erases the selected past events. When you enter a date,
events on that and previous dates are erased.
Tip: When you use Erase Past, you do not need to se lect the events to be
erased.
