REPAIR

MINOR REPAIRS

Holes with a diameter of less than 12 mm can be repaired with a patch.

1.Cut a round patch [1] of at least 76 mm in diameter from the repair fabric supplied in the repair kit.

2.The surfaces to be bonded must be clean, dry and free of greasy substances.

3.Apply three very thin layers of glue [2] on each surface, waiting 5 minutes between the application of each layer.

4.Wait 10 to 15 minutes before bonding the patch [3].

5.Press the patch carefully using a small roller to remove the air bubbles.

6.Wait 24 hours before reinflating the boat [4].

MAJOR REPAIRS

In case of damage to the transom, cuts or rips in excess of 12 mm, faulty seams or leaks between partitions, contact your approved Honda dealer.

Les trous d’un diamètre inférieur à 12 mm peuvent être réparés à l’aide d’une rustine.

1.Découper une rustine ronde [1] d’un diamètre minimum de 76 mm dans la toile fournie dans la trousse de réparation.

2.Les surfaces à encoller doivent être propres, sèches et dégraissées.

3.Appliquer trois couches de colle [2] très minces sur chaque surface à 5 minutes d’intervalle entre chaque couche.

4.Attendre 10 à 15 minutes avant de coller la rustine [3].

5.Bien presser la rustine en utilisant un petit rouleau ébulleur.

6.Attendre 24 h avant de regonfler le bateau [4].

GROSSES RÉPARATIONS

En cas de dommages sur le tableau arrière, de coupures ou de déchirures supérieures à

12mm, de soudures défaillantes ou de fuites entre les cloisons, prenez rendez-vous avec votre concessionnaire agréé Honda.
