Controlling the cutter
With roll paper loaded, when any print job you have sent to the printer completes, the roll is automatically cut and the print job falls into the paper bin. There may be a delay before the roll is cut due to the drying time you have programmed or the printer has automatically selected.
In some situations you may not wish to cut the roll after each print job. Use the following procedure to control the cutter. The front panel menu selections are:
