5. Reinstall the envelope feeder.

6.Press the OK button to clear the jam message.

7.If a jam message persists, an envelope is still jammed in the product. Look for the jam in another location.

8.Replace the envelopes, making sure that you push the bottom envelopes in slightly further than the top envelopes.

Clear jams from the top-cover and print-cartridge areas

1.Open the top cover.

2.Remove the print cartridge.

CAUTION: To prevent damage to the print cartridge, do not expose it to light for more than a few minutes. Cover the print cartridge with a sheet of paper while it is outside of the product.
