Inserting a Hard Drive into the Hard Drive Bay

1.Save all work, exit all applications, and shut down the computer.

2.Remove the hard drive tray from the hard drive bay.

3.Insert the metal hard drive 1 into the plastic hard drive tray 2 with the connectors protruding through the opening in the rear of the tray 3 (Figure 5-15).
