Chart Orientation

Chart Orientation allows you to select w hether

the Chart views should be drawn North-Up or Course-Up.

To change the Chart Orientation setting:

1.Highlight Chart Orientation on the Navigation main menu.

2.Press the LEFT or RIG HT Cursor keys to change the Chart Orientation setting. (North-Up, Course-Up, Default = North-Up)

NOTE: The Chart Orientation setting does not apply to the Bird’s Eye View.

North Reference

North Re ference allows y ou to h ave b earings

displayed with one of two orientations: True North or Magnetic North.

To change the North Reference setting:

1.Highlight North Reference on the Navigation main menu.

2.Press the LEFT or RIGHT Cursor keys to change the North Reference setting. (True, Magnetic, Default = True)

Waypoint Decluttering

Waypoint De cluttering allows y ou to s et the

declutter f eature O n or Off . Wh en two or more waypoints o verlap, or ar e

displayed close together on a chart view, t he screen will automa tically declutter—waypoint names will short en and the wayp oint icons w ill change into small blue icons.

To change the Waypoint Decluttering setting:

1.	Highlight Waypoint Decluttering on the Navigation main menu.
2.	Press the LEFT or RIGHT Cu rsor ke ys to change the Waypoint
	Decluttering setting. (On, Off, Default = On)
