The equipment must be located within 50 kilometers (or depending on country) of the authorised IBM service

Liability

IBM shall have no liability for lost profits or other co damages, even if advised of the possibility of such d any claim by any third party. IBM's total liability for breaches of this warranty by IBM is limited to 100,000 direct damages. This financial limitation of liability will claims for death or personal injury or damage to real o property caused by IBM negligence.
