NOTES:
1. The LED behavior table assumes the port is enabled in the Port Enable Register (Addr: 0x500) and the LEDs are enabled in the LED Control Register (Addr: 0x509). If a port is not enabled, all the LEDs for that port will be off. If the LEDs are not enabled, all of the LEDs will be off.
