4 Preparation at the touch of a button
Hot water
CAUTION
TPlace a cup under the frother.
TTurn the selection lever of the frother to the milk foam posi- tion p.
EIf you want to heat the milk, set the selection lever of the frother to the milk position t.
üT Press the milk foam button.
HEATING
READY appears as soon as the IMPRESSA has heated up.
üT Press the milk foam button once more. MILK, the milk foam is being prepared. Preparation stops automatically.
READY
EYou can prepare more milk foam or hot milk within about 40 seconds.
To ensure that the Professional Cappuccino Frother works perfectly, it should be rinsed and cleaned regularly (refer to Chapter 6 ‘Main- tenance – Professional Cappuccino Frother’).
Precondition: READY is displayed.
EAttach the hot water nozzle to the Connector System© for heating water.
There is a danger of scalding from hot water splashes.
TAvoid direct contact with skin.
TPlace a cup under the nozzle. m T Press the hot water button.
WATER, hot water flows into the cup.
