4 Permanent settings in programming mode

gT Turn the Rotary Switch until the program item ‘Machine

settings (4/7)’ is displayed.

TPress the ‘Switch off after’ button. ‘2 hrs.’

gT Turn the Rotary Switch until ‘1 hrs.’ is displayed. TPress the ‘Save’ button.

‘Saved’ appears briefly on the display. ‘Machine settings (4/7)’

OT Press the P button to exit programming mode. ‘Please select product:’

Language	In the program item ‘Machine settings (4/7)’ / ‘Choose language’ you
	can select the language used by your IMPRESSA.
	E If you choose the wrong language by mistake, you can easily
	reset the machine to ‘English’: Press the P button to enter
	programming mode. Use the Rotary Switch g to select
	program item ‘4/7’ and then press the top left-hand button.

Example: Proceed as follows to change the language from ‘English’ to ‘Deutsch’.

Precondition: ‘Please select product:’ is displayed.

OT Press the P button.

‘Maintenance status (1/7)’

gT Turn the Rotary Switch until the program item ‘Machine settings (4/7)’ is displayed.

TPress the ‘Choose language’ button. ‘Choose language’

TPress the ‘Deutsch’ button.

‘Gespeichert’ appears briefly on the display. ‘Geräteeinstellungen (4/7)’

OT Press the P button to exit programming mode. ‘Bitte wählen Sie Ihr Produkt:’

Restore factory settings In the program item ‘Machine settings (4/7)’ / ‘Factory setting’ you can reset various settings to their factory settings:

U‘All products’

U The settings (amount of water, coffee strength, temperature etc.) for all products are reset to the factory settings.
