Reserving Karaoke Songs—Karaoke Program Play

You can determine the playback order of the titles or tracks on the

disc player. You can program up to 12 steps.

On the remote control ONLY:

1 Load discs.

2 Press DISC 3, then 7.

4 Press one of the number buttons to select a disc tray you want to program.

The selected disc number is shown on the TV screen.

5 Press the number buttons to select a song.

The selected song number is shown on the TV screen.

Ex.: To select number 5, press 5.

To select number 10, press 10.

To select number 20, press +10, then 10.

To select number 23, press +10, +10, then 3.

When you program a track from a SVCD, VCD or CD, you can skip the group/title number by pressing ENTER.

You can erase the last programmed step by pressing CANCEL while holding down SHIFT.

6 Repeat steps 4 and 5 to program other songs you want.

Each time you press CANCEL while holding down SHIFT, the last programmed step is erased from the program.

7 Press KARAOKE repeatedly while holding down SHIFT until “MIC MIX” appears on the display.

Each time you press the buttons, the Karaoke mode changes as follows.

The KARAOKE indicator lights up on the display.

For multiplex Karaoke disc: Press AUDIO to select a channel when you start playing a disc.

• Refer to the instruction supplied to the disc for details.

8 Press DISC 3.

The titles and tracks are played in the order you have programed.

The number of the title or track currently played back is deleted from the Karaoke reserve screen.

Playback stops after playing back all reserved step.

To check and modify the reserved songs

You can check and modify the program during play back.

On the remote control ONLY:

Press RESERVE while holding down SHIFT.

The Karaoke reserve screen appears on the TV.

To erase a reserved step, press cursor / 5 repeatedly to highlight the desired step number, then press CANCEL while holding down

SHIFT.

To add steps before or after playing, press cursor / 5 repeatedly to move the cursor to the step number you like to add the song to, then select a song by following steps 4 and 5.

To erase the entire program, press 7 before or after playback.

To erase the Karaoke reserve screen, press RESERVE while

holding down SHIFT.

To stop Karaoke Program Play

Press 7.

Karaoke reserve screen appears on the TV.

To exit from the Karaoke mode, press KARAOKE while holding down SHIFT repeatedly until “MIC OFF” appears on the display.

To exit from Karaoke Program Play

On the remote control ONLY:

Press RESERVE while holding down SHIFT before or after playback.

Karaoke reserve screen goes off from the TV, and the PROGRAM indicator also goes off from the display.

• Contents you have reserved is memorized.
