You can adjust the initial settings through the choice menu on the TV.
7Configuration of the choice menus
The choice menu has the following menus:
You can use the choice menu only when the selected source is disc player and its playback is not started.
Before operating...
•Turn on your TV and select the correct input mode on the TV.
•You can use only the remote control for the choice menu operations.
•You can change the language used in the choice menu. See page 61.
LANGUAGE menu (see page 61)
You can select the initial language for the disc menu, audio, and subtitle. You can also select the language shown on the TV screen while operating this unit.

When you operate choice menu
The SURROUND indicator lights up and the Surround mode is canceled temporarily. This is not malfunction.
