AV COMPU LINK remote control system

The AV COMPU LINK remote control system allows you to operate JVC TVs and VCRs through the center unit.

This system is equipped with the AV COMPU LINK-III, which adds a function to operate JVC’s video components through the video components terminals. To use this remote control system, you need to connect the video components you want to operate, following the diagrams below and the procedure on the next page.

CAUTION:

When connecting the TV with the AV COMPU LINK remote control system, connect the center unit to the AV COMPU LINK III or AV COMPU LINK EX terminal. DO NOT connect the center unit to the AV COMPU LINK RECEIVER/AMP terminal.

Connecting TV and VCR

Connect the center unit to the TV and VCR through the same video terminals using one of the following:

• If the TV and VCR are equipped with S-video terminals	• If the TV and VCR are equipped with composite video
	terminals
