Tunerbediening

Gebruik van RDS (Radio Data System) voor ontvangst van FM-zenders

Met gebruik van RDS sturen FM-zenders extra signalen samen met de normale programmasignalen uit. De zenders sturen bijvoorbeeld de zendernaam en tevens informatie over het type programma dat ze uitzenden, bijvoorbeeld sport of muziek.

7Wat voor een informatie leveren RDS-signalen?

U kunt op het display zien welke RDS-signalen door de zender worden uitgestuurd.

Met dit toestel kunt u de volgende RDS-signalen ontvangen:

•PS (Program Service): Toont de algemeen bekende

 

zendernamen.

• PTY (Program Type):

Toont het programmatype.

•RT (Radio Text):Toont tekstmededelingen die de zender uitzendt.

•Enhanced Other Network: Zie bladzijde 35.

OPMERKINGEN:

•RDS is niet beschikbaar voor AM (MW) uitzendingen.

•RDS werkt mogelijk niet juist indien de zender waarop is afgestemd de RDS-signalen niet juist uitzendt of de signalen te zwak zijn.

BELANGRIJK:

Bij gebruik van de afstandsbediening moet u

controleren dat de afstandsbediening-

functieschakelaar in de juiste stand is gesteld:

RDS

Druk naar “RDS” voor gebruik met RDS.

Druk tijdens het luisteren naar een FM-zender op

RDS DISPLAY.

Door iedere druk op de toets verandert de aanduiding op het displayvenster en toont u de volgende informatie:

]PS ] PTY ] RT ] Frequentie (normale aanduiding)

](terug naar het begin)

0•PS (Program Service):

Tijdens het zoeken verschijnt “PS” en worden de zendernamen getoond. “NO PS” zal verschijnen indien er geen signaal wordt ontvangen.

• PTY (Program Type):

Tijdens het zoeken verschijnt “PTY” en vervolgens het type van het programma dat wordt uitgezonden. “NO PTY” zal verschijnen indien er geen signaal wordt ontvangen.

• RT (Radio Text):

Tijdens het zoeken verschijnt “RT” en wordt de tekstmededeling getoond die door de zender wordt uitgezonden. “NO RT” zal verschijnen indien er geen signaal wordt ontvangen.

• Frequentie:

De zenderfrequentie (geen RDS-service).

Meer over de tekens die op het display worden getoond

Bepaalde speciale tekens en markeringen worden mogelijk niet juist op het display getoond wanneer PS, PTY of RT gegevens op het displayvenster verschijnen.

OPMERKING:

Indien het zoeken direct stopt, zullen “PS”, “PTY” en “RT” niet op het display verschijnen.
