USING THE OVEN LOCKOUT
The oven lock lets you prevent use of the control
panel command keypads. This feature comes in handy when cleaning the control panel to avoid accidentally turning on the oven.
NOTE: You can only lock the oven when the oven is not in use or the control has not been set. The oven will remain locked after a power failure if it was locked before the power failure.
TO lock the oven:
Press and hold the OVEN keypad for 5 seconds.
,_O You will hear a single tone and "Loc" and
will sound when the oven is locked and
[_ PI will appear on the display. Three tones
P_5_c you press any command pad other than
CLOCK, TIMER, START/ENTER, OFF/CANCEL, TOP or OVEN.
To unlock the oven:
Press and hold the OVEN keypad for 5 seconds.
•_O You will hear a single tone and "Loc" and
display.
F_ will disappear from the temperature
