Food Poisoning Hazard

Do not let food sit in oven more than one hour before or after cooking.

Doing so can result in food poisoning or sickness.

The Timed Oven control will turn the oven on at a set time of day, cook for a set length of time, then shut off automatically when programmed. You can do this by setting the COOK TIME and DELAY START.

Before using the Timed Oven control, make sure the clock is set to the correct time of day. (See "Setting the clock," p. 15.)

To Start now and Stop automatically:

Set COOK TIME

To Delay Start and Stop automatically:

Set COOK TIME and DELAY START

NOTE: Delayed time cooking is ideal for foods

that do not need a preheated oven, like meats and casseroles. Do not use a delayed time

function when baking.
