Algunas veces al coser, usted desea ejercer el control sobre la tela. La

Tapa zurcidora cubre los dientes del impelente para que _stos no puedan tocar la tela.

Para colocar la Tapa Zurcidora:

NOTA: Los orificios rectangulares de la Tapa Zurcidora hacen juego con los orificios de la tapa de aguja. En la tapa zurcidora estos

orificios deben estar ligeramente hacia la derecha del centro.

1.Sittie la tapa de zurcido con los pasadores en la parte de abajo.

2.Coloque los pasadores de la tapa zurcidora en los orificios de la tapa de aguja en la marca de 5/8". E1 impelente se verfi a trav6s de los huecos de la tapa zurcidora.

Utilice la tapa de zurcido para Io siguiente:

Zurcido (ver p,'tgina 46 ),

Pegado de botones (ver p,Sgina 52 ).

Tapa de zurcir

Aprenda c6mo hacedo:

1. Cotoque la _de zurcir _ ta_ de aguja (ver pfigina __.__).

2.Retire el pie prensatelas y el sujetador del pie (ver pfigina 10), prense la tela en un tambor de bordar con el roto en la mitad.

3.Saque el hilo de la bobina hacia arriba a trav6s de la tela, sosteniendo hacia arriba el hilo y

haciendo una puntada en el punto donde desea iniciar el zurcido.

4.Baje la barra prensatelas y cosa a una velocidad muy baja (despacio).

5.Mueva la tela de para atrfis y de para adelante hasta que haya cubierto el firea a zurcir.

6.Voltee la tela y cosa otra capa de puntadas sobre la primera capa.

NOTA: Si la tela es muy delgada o est_t en muy mal estado, utilice un trozo de tela separada debajo del roto para reforzado.

7.Cuando haya terminado de zurcir retire la tapa de zurcido y reemplace el sujetador del pie y el pie.
