1/4 de taza (50 mL) de margarina o mantequilla, blanda

1/2 cucharadita (2 mL) de sal

1/8 de cucharadita

75 mL) de leche de bajo contenido en grasas, tibia

Escurrir bien las papas. Volver a colocarlas en la cacerola caliente. Añadir la margarina, la sal y la pimienta.
