The phone is shown here in the closed position. When the phone is closed, the keys are locked to prevent
accidental key presses.
1. Camera lens.
2. Volume key raises or lowers ringer volume.
3. Camera key activates Camera mode. To activate camera mode,
press and ho ld the Camera key.
4. External screen displays time, caller ID, signal, and battery strength.
5. Lightpipe LED.
6. Jack for micro USB cable (sold separately).
7. Jack for a hands-free headset (sold separately).
Warning: Inserting an accessory into the incorrect jack will
damage the phone.
Lightpipe LED Behavior
Your phone’s light pipe LED displays different patterns depending upon the alert. You can disable the light
pipe LED, see “Set Light Pipe Behavior” on page 54.
Note: Incoming emergency calls always activate the LED, even if you have disabled it.
New message One flash. If you do not respond, your phone will flash again to remind you.
Incoming call Heartbeat pulse. It will co ntinue until you answer th e phone or miss the c all.
Missed call One flash. If you do not respond, your phone will flash again to remind you.
In call Wave pulse. It will continu e until the call en ds.
Alarm Three flashes. It w ill conti nue until you resp ond to the alert.
Scheduler Three flashes. I t will conti nue unt il you res pond to t he alert.
Bluetooth One flash. It will continu e until y ou respo nd to Blue tooth re quest.
Low battery One flash. It will continu e until y ou charg e the phone.
Charging Wave pulse. Displays when the phone is b eing ch arged.
