User Guide

You have a user guide lo cated on yo ur phone. To
access this user guide, select Menu > Settings >
Phone Info > User Guide.
The user guide for your phone is also located on
the web at www.kyocera-wireless.com/support.

Customer Sup port

Your service provider ’s custome r suppor t
department may be accessible directly from your
phone when you dial a number, such as *611
(check with your service provider). They can
answer quest ions ab out your ph one, phon e bill,
call coverage area, and specific features available
to you, such as call forwarding or voicemail. For
questions about the phone features, refer to the
materials provided w ith your phone, or visit
www.kyocera-wireless.com.

Before requesting support, please try to
reproduce and isolate the problem. When you
contact th e Custom er Care Ce nter, be rea dy to
provide the following information:
The name of your service provider.
The actual error message or problem you are
experienci ng.
The steps you took to reproduce the problem.
The phone’s mobile equipment identifier
(MEID).
Note: To locate the MEID select Menu >
Settings > Phone Info > Build Info and scroll
down to MEID for the 18-digit number. If your
phone use s an electr onic ser vice nu mber (ESN ),
then ESN replaces MEID.

Qualified Service

If the problem with your phone persists, return
the phone with all accessories and packaging to
the dealer for qualified service.
