Saving System Information

Laplink makes it possible to capture important system information on the host computer, and save it to a file on your local machine. This troubleshooting tool provides your support professionals with a single report offering a great deal of useful information.

Saving System Information

To save system infor- mation from the host computer to your local machine, you must first be con- nected via a Remote Control session.

Once this connec- tion has been estab- lished, choose Session, Save Sys- tem information
