3.2 Controlling Presence (Phone Status)
Your IP8540 sends updated status information to Office Communications Server at regular intervals or when the status changes. There may be times when you want to change your presence status. For example, if you need to concentrate on a report, you may change your status to Do Not Disturb to avoid interruptions.
∙At the top of the screen, tap the presence color to the left to your name.
∙Tap your presence status.
