Troubleshooting

This chapter lists some problems you might encounter when using your phone. Some

problems require you to call your service provider, but most are easy to fix yourself.

Make sure that the Micro SIM
card is correctly inserted.

map.

Check whether the Micro
SIM card is more than 6~12
months old. If so, change your
Micro SIM at your network
provider's nearest branch.
