Step 2: Check Confirmation Dot.
Check to see that the confirmation dot on the back of the test strip has turned completely blue to ensure you have applied enough control solution.
Step 3: Insert the Test Strip and Read Result.
Within two minutes after applying control solution, insert the test strip firmly into the test strip holder, pink side up, until it comes to
a complete stop.
