F.Conveyor Speed (Bake Time) and Time of Delivery

CONVEYOR SPEED (BAKE TIME)- As stated in the previous paragraphs, conveyor speed (bake time) is defined as the amount of time that elapses between the time when the Leading edge of a pizza enters the oven and when the leading edge exits the oven.

Conveyor Speed (Bake Time) is controlled by adjusting the conveyor speed controller.

Bake Time will be the same for any size pizza

TIME OF DELIVERY- Time Of Delivery is the amount of time that elapses between the moment when the Lead- ing edge of a product enters the oven and the moment when the Trailing edge of the product is fully discharged and is ready to be delivered to the customer.
