The following fault messages appear in the display at the end of the programme
Problem | Cause and remedy | |
| Check dosage | Excessive foam has built up during washing. |

| Check the amount of detergent dispensed. |
|
| With automatic detergent dispensing check the |
|
| dosage amount set. |
|
| Observe the instructions on the detergent packag‐ |
|
| ing and the degree of soiling of the laundry. |
|
| If necessary, reduce the dosage amount by incre‐ |
|
| ments of 10%. |
|
|
|
| Hygiene info | A programme using a temperature above 60°C has |
|
| not been run for a long time. |
|
| In order to prevent bacteria and unpleasant |
|
| odours building up in the machine, run the Mainte‐ |
|
| nance wash programme using Miele machine |
|
| cleaner or powder detergent. |
|
|
|
| Container 1 empty | The TwinDos container (or containers) is empty. |
| or | Fill the container or containers with liquid deter‐ |
| Container 2 empty | gent or fabric conditioner or replace the car‐ |
| or | tridge(s). |
| Cont. 1+2 empty | Check if the laundry is clean. There may not have |
|
| been enough detergent. |
|
| If necessary, wash the items again. |
|
|
|
The messages will appear at the end of the programme and when the washing machine is switched on and need to be confirmed with the OK sensor.
