Resetting Your Phone

If your phone becomes frozen on a single display, error message, or power up, reset your phone as follows:

Do This

1Remove your phone’s back and front cover as described on page 21.

2Use a small object to press the Reset button on the front of your phone.

3Replace your phone’s cover.

Turning Your Phone On

Do This

1Press and hold O (the End/Power key).

2If necessary, enter your SIM card PIN code and press 2. (+) to unlock your SIM card.

Note: If you enter an incorrect PIN code three times in a row, your SIM card is disabled and your phone displays the message 6,0 %ORFNHG. (For more information, see page 109.)
